International Yoga Day Celebration – 21 June 2026

Career Academy Senior Secondary School celebrated International Yoga Day with great enthusiasm and a spirit of wellness on 21 June 2026. The programme commenced with a special guest lecture by Mr. Manish Shetty, Fitness Coach, who inspired students and staff by emphasizing the significance of yoga, physical fitness and a healthy lifestyle. He highlighted how regular yoga practice enhances physical strength, mental clarity, emotional balance and overall well-being.

The celebration was followed by a guided yoga session in which students and teachers enthusiastically participated in a variety of yoga asanas, pranayama and meditation exercises. The session encouraged everyone to adopt yoga as a part of their daily routine for improved health and inner peace.
